1. Order Processing

After you receive the order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options with specific details:

Delivery times may be adjusted based on your location (e.g., remote areas) and external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. Express delivery is unavailable for certain remote regions.

3. International Shipping

We deliver to selected international destinations. For international orders, estimated delivery time is typically 15-20 business days, though this may vary by country/region.
  • Shipping fees for international orders are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order’s real-time status by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s official website.

5. Shipping Delays

PullBear shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Extreme weather events
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Temporary disruptions to carrier services

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with processing, you must provide:
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
For lost packages, please notify us if your order shows as "delivered" but you have not received it. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to post office boxes (PO Boxes) or APO/FPO addresses (U.S. military/diplomatic postal addresses).
  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping due to excessive weight, oversized dimensions, or local regulatory requirements in the destination country/region.
